Day 01 Arrival in Kathmandu – Airport Pickup, Hotel Transfer & Everest Trek Briefing

Welcome to Nepal! As you arrive at Tribhuvan International Airport (TIA)in Kathmandu, a friendly representative from Himalayan Hero Adventures will greet you and assist with a private transfer to your luxury hotel.

Settle in and relax or explore the lively streets of Thamel, a popular tourist hub. In the evening, we’ll meet for a traditional Nepali dinner—perhaps some authentic Dal Bhat—while your experienced trek guide provides a detailed Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek briefing.

Day 02 Full-Day Kathmandu Sightseeing Tour – Explore UNESCO World Heritage Sites

After a hearty breakfast, begin your day with a guided cultural sightseeing tour in Kathmandu Valley, visiting some of Nepal's most iconic landmarks.

Upon landing at Tenzing-Hillary Airport, enjoy refreshments at a local lodge, then begin your luxury trek to Phakding. The trail passes through charming Sherpa villages like Chheplung, Ghat, and Thado Koshigaon, where you'll stop for lunch.

Day 04 Trek from Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3440m) – Gateway to Everest

After a nutritious breakfast, follow the trail along the banks of the Dudh Koshi River. Cross thrilling suspension bridges, pass through pine forests, and reach Monjo, the official entry to Sagarmatha National Park.

After a scenic lunch stop at Jorsalle, trek through lush woodlands to Larja Dobhan, where you’ll cross the iconic Hillary Suspension Bridge. Brace yourself for a challenging ascent before you reach the vibrant Sherpa town of Namche Bazaar.

From the trail, you’ll catch your first glimpse of Mount Everest—a moment you'll never forget.

Day 05 Acclimatization Day in Namche – Hike to Hotel Everest View (3900m)

Enjoy a relaxing snack at the hotel’s terrace with the world’s highest view. In the afternoon, you can explore Khumjung and Khunde Villages, visit Sherpa cultural museums, or simply unwind in one of Namche’s cozy bakeries.

Day 06 Trek from Namche Bazaar to Deboche (3820m) via Tengboche Monastery

Today’s route offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and spiritual heritage. After breakfast, trek through rhododendron forests and alpine landscapes to Phunke Tenga, a scenic spot for lunch along the riverbank.

Continue trekking uphill to Tengboche Monastery, the most revered spiritual site in the Everest region. Spend some time exploring the serene monastery before continuing to Deboche, a peaceful village just 25 minutes ahead.

Deboche is known for its luxury lodges and spectacular views of Ama Dablam. End your day with a warm shower, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a delicious dinner.

Day 07 Trek from Deboche to Dingboche – Scenic Himalayan Trail

Today’s section of the Everest Base Camp Luxury Trek begins with a peaceful morning walk through rhododendron forests and alongside the Imja River. After a short uphill section, we reach Pangboche, a picturesque Sherpa village ideal for a tea break, with majestic views of Ama Dablam.

We continue the trek to Somare, a quiet settlement with incredible Himalayan views. It’s our lunch stop for the day, located at 4,010 m. After refueling, we ascend gradually through rugged alpine terrain, passing scenic valleys and glacial streams on the way to Dingboche.

Dingboche offers some of the best mountain lodges in the Everest region, combining modern comforts with traditional hospitality. You’ll enjoy a relaxing evening in this beautiful high-altitude village.

The hike offers a rewarding climb with panoramic views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak, and Taboche. After soaking in the scenery, we descend back to Dingboche to rest, explore the local monastery, or unwind at a bakery.

Day 09 Dingboche to Lobuche via Thokla Pass – Alpine Adventure Continues

Your luxury Everest Base Camp trekking journey gains altitude today as we hike through wide valleys and alpine meadows toward Thukla, where we break for lunch. Afterward, a short but steep ascent brings us to Thokla Pass, home to memorials dedicated to fallen climbers.

We then follow a glacial moraine path to reach Lobuche, a high-altitude outpost offering stunning views of Lobuche East and Nuptse.

Day 10 Lobuche to Everest Base Camp and Overnight at Gorakshep

The most awaited day of the Everest Base Camp Luxury Lodge Trek! We start early toward Gorakshep, our last overnight stop before EBC. After a brief rest and lunch, we continue to the legendary Everest Base Camp—the closest point to the world’s highest peak accessible to trekkers.

Stand at the base of mighty Mount Everest, surrounded by the Khumbu Glacier, Pumori, and Nuptse, then trek back to Gorakshep for the night.

We descend back to Gorakshep for breakfast and continue down to Pheriche, a peaceful village surrounded by towering peaks and home to a well-known Himalayan Rescue Clinic.

Enjoy a well-earned hot shower, a hearty dinner, and a warm bed at a luxury lodge in Namche.
