The Ghorepani Poon Hill Trekking trail begins from the wonderful and short scenic flight to Pokhara from where your actual trekking journey commences. From Pokhara, you trek to Nayapul, Tikedhunga, Ghorepani, Poonhill, Tadapani, Ghandruk, then return to Pokhara via Nayapul. The trail passes through the rugged mountains, dense forests filled with pine, rhododendron trees, suspension bridges, uphill and downhill terrains, several ancient settlements, cascading waterfalls, and many more to reach Poonhill. Walking via the route, you will witness the vistas of mountains, encounter floras, and faunas, communicate with local people, and learn their culture.

On your arrival at the Tribhuvan International Airport (Kathmandu), one the representatives from Himalayan Hero Adventure will receive you and transfer you to the hotel. After having morning breakfast and hotel check-out, we will travel to Pokhara through private tourist bus from Kathmandu which will take about 6 to 7 hours. Enjoy the beautiful view of lush green environment, landscapes, rivers, and mountains on the way to Pokhara! After reaching the city which is famous as the second home to tourist, we will move to the hotel and hotel check-in. Take rest for a while and stroll around the city! We will then do boating in the Fewa lake. While boating, the majestic view of the Annapurna mountains, Machhapuchchhre, Dhaulagiri, and Manaslu will take your heart away. In an early morning, we will hike up to Syangboche to witness the view of snow-clad mountains during sunrise. The view of sunrise over Himalayans is just amazing! Then, we will continue our trek towards Nayapul which is situated at the elevation of 1,010 meters. Around 2 hours of driving from Pokhara, we will reach Nayapul. Reaching Nayapul, we will begin our trekking journey by following the bank of the Modi Khola. Several teahouses and traditional villages pass to reach Tikhedhunga. You will encounter the settlements of Gurung and Magar on the way. Walking ascending and descending path, we reach Tikhedhunga. Night stay in the teahouse. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
After having breakfast, we will continue our walk towards Ghorepani. Today, we will pass the beautiful village Ulleri, Banthanti forest, and Nangethantia. Walking through such places, you will witness the stunning views of peaks and forests beautified with rhododendron flowers. Reaching Ghorepani, you will enjoy spectacular view of Annapurna and Dhaulagiri ranges. Night stay in the teahouse. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
Early in the morning, we will hike up to Poonhill for the best view of mountains. It is adventurous hike up to the hill. From the top, you will witness the view of Annapurna South, Annapurna II, III, IV, Gangapurna, Lamjung Himal Barasikhar, Nilgiri, Tukuche Peak, Hiunchuli and Manaslu. The view of sunrise is famous from Poonhill after the view of Mt. Everest from Kalapatthar. After exploring around the hill and capturing the scenes, we will continue our walk towards Tadapani. To reach the place, we have to cross river via bridge. Tonight, interact with local people and learn their culture! Night stay in the teahouse. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
After having organic breakfast, we will commence our steps towards the steep descending trail. Passing dense forests and terrains, we reach Ghandruk village. Encounter local Gurung folks and witness the views of the sunrises and golden glow over the mountains! People of Ghandruk are very friendly. Stroll around the village, interact with local people, and participate in the cultural events occur in the Ghandruk village! Night stay in the teahouse. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
In the early morning, after having breakfast, we will trek back to Nayapul via the same trail. Reaching Nayapul, we will have lunch and then, drive back to Pokhara. Following the trails decorated with streams, rivers, small settlements, high hills, we reach Pokhara. We will then move towards hotel, and take rest for a while. Re-witness the beauty of Pokhara in the evening! Night stay in the hotel. Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner Included.
After having morning breakfast, we will drive back to Kathmandu. Within 7 hours of traveling from Pokhara via private tourist bus, we reach the capital city. Reaching Kathmandu, you will be transferred to the same hotel and hotel check-in. If you wish, you can visit around the city and do shopping. Thamel is considered as the most visit area of Kathmandu by tourists. You get both national and international branded things in the shops of Thamel. Night stay in the hotel. The last day at Nepal for this trek! after having breakfast and hotel check -out, we will be transferred to the Kathmandu International Airport. Three hours before your flight schedule, our representative will drop you to the airport. Have a safe journey ahead!
